Aiming High districts and community partners are working together to substantially accelerate English learner achievement. Participating districts and partner agencies meet regularly to clarify goals and monitor progress.

Executive Council
The Executive Council is comprised of leaders and policymakers from the Aiming High membership. It meets once a year to review annual progress, finalize yearly goals, and identify benchmarks as progress measures.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is comprised of district and agency representatives who meet four or five times per year to organize countywide efforts, monitor progress, link projects and activities, and facilitate partnerships.
