Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We all experience times in our lives when personal and work-related problems become overwhelming. Whether it’s relationship troubles, parent/child tensions, chronic illness, coping with the death of a loved one, or physical abuse, help is just a phone call away.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a benefit paid for by SCOE, offers employees and their dependents confidential assistance. The program is administered by Family Service Agency. When you call for assistance, a trained therapist will help you assess your situation and find the best way to support you to resolve your issue or concern.

For more information about the program, see the Employee Assistance Program brochure (pdf) and watch the three informational videos below.
