Executive Leadership Center

The Sonoma County Executive Leadership Center (ELC) is a collaborative effort designed to provide professional development and executive coaching for district superintendents. The ELC hosts superintendent seminars four times per year and has launched a new two-year program for district superintendents in their first and second year of service.

This ELC is part of the Sonoma County North Bay Leadership Model, which provides a continuum of professional support for school leaders, from teacher-leaders and site administrators to superintendents and P-16 policymakers. This model includes three components.
