Transition Fair is Feb 25 at SCOE

01/14/2015 - The seventh annual Transition Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 25, at SCOE. This free event is designed to help students and their families learn about services for individuals with special needs as they transition from school-based programs to adulthood.

If you are a special education teacher or assistant, please distribute the Transition Fair flier (pdf) to the parents of your middle school, high school, and post-secondary students. Thank you!
