Open enrollment for life and accident insurance

05/01/2015 - May is open enrollment month for supplemental group life insurance. During open enrollment, employees may sign up for or change their participation in our voluntary supplemental group life and accident insurance program. For the plan description, enrollment form, and additional information, go to scoe.org/openenrollment. Forms must be submitted by May 29 and changes are effective on July 1.
