Team Player Award nominations due Apr 3

02/25/2015 - The Personnel Commission has announced that it is seeking nominations of classified employees for their 2015 Team Player Award. Selection criteria include exemplary attendance, performance, customer service, and integrity. The employee chosen for the award will receive a $300 gift card.

Anyone may recommend a candidate for the award by submitting a nomination form by April 3. Please see this nomination form and selection criteria (pdf) for complete details. Send your completed form to Patti Springer at pspringer@scoe.org. If you have questions, contact Patti at 524-2634.

Note that nominations will be reviewed by Human Resources and the nominee’s supervisor to ensure that all criteria are met, then forwarded to the Personnel Commission for consideration.
