Changes to Zimbra coming

Our IT department will upgrade the Zimbra email software during the last weekend of September. To facilitate the upgrade process, Zimbra will be shut down at 5:00pm on September 26 and it will remain down all weekend. This means that you will not be able to log into your Zimbra account and you will not be able to send or receive email from a desktop or mobile device. Any email sent to you while the upgrade is taking place will be delivered to your inbox when the upgrade is completed.
All employees are asked to clear their Zimbra accounts of email messages and attachments that are no longer needed. The guides below were developed by IT to provide step-by-step instructions for various clean-up strategies.
