About SCOE
The mission of the Sonoma County Office of Education is to foster student success through service to schools, students, and the community. SCOE provides services and oversight to the county’s 40 districts, which serve nearly 64,500 students. SCOE does not set policies or make personnel decisions at districts, which are operated by independent boards of trustees and district superintendents.
