The Great Literacy Adventure
Sponsored by the Sonoma County Office of Education in partnership with Northern California Public Media
Sonoma County children and families are invited to The Great Literacy Adventure, a free, countywide celebration of reading and learning rooted in the Sonoma County Literacy Promise.
This joyous, daylong event at NorCal Public Media brings together families, community partners, and dynamic literacy advocates — from beloved PBS characters to nationally recognized authors — for a joyful, inclusive literacy experience with more than 15 activities for children. Literacy Promise partners will be on hand to connect families with resources and tips for promoting reading at home.
