Equity in Action: Transformative Leadership and Coaching for Student Success
A professional learning series presented by JustSCORE Inc. in partnership with SCOE 21CSLA.
Leaders from Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino and Lake Counties can all attend.
This professional learning series equips school and district leaders with the tools, frameworks, and collaborative spaces needed to drive equity-centered transformation.

Building Belonging
Welcoming School Virtual Professional Learning Series
HRC Foundation’s Welcoming Schools is the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ and gender inclusive program for bias-based bullying prevention. This series of six workshops is open to TK–8 educators in the North Bay/North Coast region (Sonoma, Marin, Lake, Mendocino, and Napa Counties).
- Participants will gain practical strategies and inclusive language they can use immediately.
- Open to all school staff—classified and certificated. Each workshop is two hours, fully virtual.

Women in Leadership for Justice
This CoP will provide a supportive space for leaders to:
- Reflect deeply on their practice as anti-racist equity leaders
- Connect and collaborate with other women site leaders across the region
- Build leadership capacity through professional learning and equity-centered tools

- Kickoff Convening: Women in School Leadership Forum, Hyatt Regency, Santa Rosa, CA — September 17–19, 2025.
The Forum begins at 4pm. - Monthly Virtual Sessions: October 2025 – July 2026
3:30pm - 5:00pm. LEADING FOR JUSTICE THROUGH ANTI-RACIST PRINCIPLES (L.E.A.P.), facilitated by Dr. Lori Watson. 10/21, 11/18, 12/16, 1/13, 2/10, 3/3, 4/21, and 5/19.
