Provide individualized coaching that is built on relational trust, focused on equity-centered problems-of-practice using continuous improvement principles in a way that is meaningful and responsive to your needs.
Goals and Outcomes
Our coaches will work with you to:
- Plan and implement programs, practices, and procedures to create equitable outcomes and meet the nees of all students through an equity lens
- Build capacity to achieve personal, professional and organizational goals
- Enhance your ability to cultivate a culture of reflection and continuous improvement
- Deepen collaboration and problem solving skills
21 CSLA Coaching
- Utilizes improvement science/continuous improvement to address an equity problem of practice
- Not tied to employment
- Confidential
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
TOSA (fully released from the classroom), Central office, site, and leaders with a Clear Administrative Credential serving Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, or Sonoma County Schools.
Details: Duration and Format
Participants will participate in 25 hours of individual coaching over the course of the academic year. Coaching may occur in-person, virtual, or a hybrid mode.
