Provide individualized coaching that is built on relational trust, focused on equity-centered problems-of-practice using continuous improvement principles in a way that is meaningful and responsive to your needs.

TOSA (fully released from the classroom), Central office, site, and leaders with a Clear Administrative Credential serving Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, or Sonoma County Schools.

Details: Duration and Format 

Participants will participate in 25 hours of individual coaching over the course of the academic year. Coaching may occur in-person, virtual, or a hybrid mode.
