Julianne Foxworthy Gonzales will faciliate a comprehensive, phased approach to supporting districts in adopting high-quality instructional materials from the State Board of Education curriculum adoption list, with an emphasis on ensuring alignment and support for multilingual learners.

Leo Kostelnik
Leo Kostelnik will lead an exploration of the 2023 CA Mathematics Framework and support the development of a shared vision for effective math instruction. Participants will build leadership and coaching skills, support effective teaching, and explore inclusive practices that ensure access and success for multilingual learners.

PRACTICAL STRATEGIES FOR INTEGRATED ELD IN EVERY CLASSROOM
About
Join nationally recognized educator and author Dr. Jeffrey Zwiers for a powerful learning series, designed exclusively for teaching teams and coaches. Grounded in his influential book, The Communication Effect, participants will learn practical strategies, building upon current teaching practices, to increase development of academic language in math and science contexts by leveraging authentic academic conversations and language-rich practices in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
