Open Enrollment - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
August 1-22, 2025
Open enrollment packets for medical, dental, and vision benefits are organized by bargaining unit and available for download below. Each packet includes a cover letter with instructions, plan details for Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and VSP Vision, current health benefit rates, enrollment forms, and all required notices. Please be sure to download the packet specific to your bargaining unit.

To continue your current coverage
If you don’t want to make any changes to your coverage, you do not need to submit any paperwork. No action is required!
To change your coverage
To change medical plans or plan providers, please refer to the instructions in your enrollment packet above, and then submit it to the Human Resources department. All completed forms must be received in Human Resources by Friday, August 22, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
