Sonoma County Office of Education

"Angst: Building Resilience" Community Screening

Angst is an iNDIEFLIX Original documentary designed to raise awareness around anxiety.

Angst removes the stigma and opens up the conversation around anxiety, helping people understand and manage their symptoms, and when to reach out for help. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone, and that anxiety is 100% treatable.

SCOE Special Education and Behavioral Health is honored to be able to share this movie with Sonoma County educators, students and families.

This event will be offered March 31, April 20, May 4 (in Spanish), and May 18. All screenings are 5:30-7:00 PM. You may register for any of these dates at the link below, or here.
