Instructional Leadership Academy Retreat
This is a great opportunity to connect to your WHY of being an equity-driven leader and refocus on instructional leadership: reflection and action. Hone your ability to observe, analyze and discuss teaching and learning in ways that elevate student experiences, particularly for those furthest from justice.
Learn replicable processes to collaboratively:
-
develop a shared vision for equitable student learning experiences and outcomes by centering student voice
-
assess a “current state” of teaching and learning
-
engage in the habits of thinking for instructional leadership, developing skills and mind sets
-
use research-based frameworks to scaffold the development of expertise
A great experience on your own or with a team!
