MAC 306 Mentor Academy: Using Observation and Assessment in Mentoring
In this course, Mentors gain first-hand experience looking at observational data and how it can support teacher growth. Mentors learn how to use targeted observation data with participants to guide them in reflecting on their teaching, planning for instruction and learning.
