Community of Practice (CoP) for Classified Educators and Staff

Sonoma County Office of Education will be offering a Community of Practice (CoP) for Classified Educators and Staff. Based on feedback from a group of over 50 classified staff in Sonoma County, we will be offering quarterly virtual, 90 minute CoP meetings for the next 6 quarters (the remainder of the 23-24 school year and the 24-25 school year). Each CoP will have time for sharing, connecting, consulting, and a 30 minute "workshop" style learning opportunity determined by its members. Sonoma County public school employees will be compensated a stipend of $40 per CoP for their attendance and participation. Registration is limited to 30 participants.
