Sonoma County Office of Education

Inaugural Social Justice and Equity Conference

This conference is at capacity, please join the waitlist!

We will not be able to allow any walk-ins, thank you for understanding.

In partnership with 21 CSLA North Bay/North Coast Regional Academy and the Equity Leads initiative, please join us for a joyous conference where educators unite to build solidarity through a blend of expert-led and community-driven sessions. Our keynotes and workshops aim to ignite creativity, challenge systemic oppression, and celebrate culturally responsive teaching, while focusing on Ethnic Studies, Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, Multilingualism, the Arts, STEM, and much more. Grounded in the rich principles of Ethnic Studies, this event will uplift and inspire participants to envision new ways of fostering unity and healing. At this inaugural gathering, educators will connect their personal stories to broader social justice movements, creating a joyful and hopeful vision for a more equitable future.
