Next Generations Science Standards and the Young Learner

Young learners have a curiosity and a desire to learn about how their world works. In this session participants will have an opportunity to explore strategies for supporting students as they are engaged in the process of scientific inquiry while investigating core ideas and science and engineering practices from the Next Generations Science Standards. Participants will engage in hands-on learning and explore how to combine science, engineering and storytelling.
