(CANCELED) History/Social Science CLIC: Make Your Voice Heard
K-12 history/social science teachers - join us for a day of professional learning around the new California History Social Science Framework. This workshop will show you how to bring student voice into your curriculum and out of the classroom. We will draw from the guidance of the framework and will highlight resources for you to use with your students. These resources can help students develop historical perspective and understanding, and give them the tools to let their voice be heard in our world today.
Presentations will include:
- KQED - Let’s Talk About Election 2020
- Soundtrap - Podcasting in a History Social Science Classroom
