North Bay Superintendents Leadership Academy

The North Bay Superintendents Leadership Academy will take a deep dive into contemporary topics of educational leadership. Join us for a four-part seminar series featuring thought-provoking topics of interest for all superintendents. Superintendents within their first three years are strongly encouraged to attend.

9.16.20 | Maintaining strong fiscal accountability within the district
10.8.20 | Learning about your community, work culture, and board of education while building your leadership and administrative team around the Nine Principles of Excellence
11.12.20 | Leading for continuous improvement
12.10.20 | Maintaining strong relationships with employees, leadership, and district bargaining units

This academy is free of cost to superintendents from Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Mendocino, and Lake counties.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
