Courageous Conversations

The training will introduce participants to an award-winning set of tools to talk about race in a manner that is intentional, compassionate, and generative. In this initial engagement, participants will be familiarized with three components to engage in, sustain, and deepen intra-and interracial dialogues. Participants will learn and practice the role and use of each component to promote an essential racial literacy and competence. Designed to meet individuals at whatever their level of experience, Introduction to Courageous Conversation is fundamental to personal and professional efforts to promote racial equity, identity diversity, and conscious inclusion.
