Bilingual Coordinators Network (BCN) Materials from Sept 17-18

The English Learner Support Division of the California Department of Education convenes the Bilingual Coordinators Network (BCN) meetings four times a year. BCN’s purpose is to disseminate policies, research, and best practices that relate to English learners in California. BCN consists of representatives from county offices of education, school districts with the 10 largest English learner populations, and other agencies. Below, you will find materials from the September 17-18 session.
