Budget Development for 2014-15

The year is flying by, and it’s almost time to start
thinking about budget development for 2014-15!
Managers and support
staff involved in budget development should review the below ESS Budget
Development for 2014-15 packet for information and requirements specific to our
department. Careful attention needs to be given to timelines. Managers
& support staff will be sent calendar invites for budget development
meetings with Stacie as needed.
Managers and support staff involved in budget development have
also already received notification of the two Budget Development Workshops. The Business Budget Development Workshop
for ESS will be held on Tuesday, March 4th from 3:30 to 5:00pm in the Business
Services Conference Room. This date is reflected in the timeline portion of
the below ESS Budget Development for 2014-15 packet.
We all really need to make budget development a part of our
regular work throughout the budget development period. The tasks can't be done
the day of the due date. Thank you in advance for your assistance with budget
