Temporary Support Roles in ESS

you all know, we are posting a classified position to fill a vacancy within ESS.
The position has been posted, however the hiring process for classified
positions can be lengthy. We don't anticipate having someone filling the
position until mid to late April. If you know of anyone who'd be a great match
for the position - make sure to send them the posting link!
Until we are able to fill the position, our classified support team is working
together to cover the responsibilities and support the managers typically
supported by this position. We split up the clerical support tasks and event
support tasks to spread the work out a bit more evenly. Until the position is
filled, the following roles will be temporarily supported by listed staff:

- Clerical support to Karen McGahey – Connie Anderson
- Clerical support to Josh Deis – Susan Wood
- Clerical support to Matt O’Donnell – Imelda Padilla
- Clerical support to Doreen Heath Lance and Joan Easterday – Stacie

Classified
support staff covering these roles have been encouraged to connect with the
