Update RE: RESIG Room Use Fees

Earlier this year, it was announced by Business Services that programs would
be responsible for the full cost of RESIG room rental fees and would start
receiving bills for room use at RESIG. This direction has been reversed, and RESIG
room rental fees will return to being covered by Business Services expenditure budgets
and programs will not be charged individually. If your program paid for RESIG space rental this year,
please print a copy of the expense payment for Mary and she will journal the
charge to the business budget.
