Updated Document: Event Planning Form

The Event Planning Form has been updated and is posted in the "Forms & Documents" box to the right. New features include:
- Alignment to online class postings components (i.e. class category)
- A class description field to be used for online class postings
- Auto-calculating indirect field
- Auto-calculating "break-even" charge fields
- Check boxes for audience type
- Canceled/revised section
- And more!
The form is now two pages in order to accomodate the new items. When submitting the form for approval, please print it double-sided!
