Interim Support for SCOE Class / Web Postings

As you all know, Suzanne Gedney is now retired and her position has not yet been filled. During the interim position vacancy period, class posting approvals and website postings will be processed by Bob Herbstman in IT (bherbstman@scoe.org or 524-2936).

Class postings will be automatically sent to Bob for approval through the registration system. If your class isn't approved and publicly posted on the SCOE website within 48 hours of submitting the class through the registration system, please follow up directly with Bob to inquire about class status.

If you have something that needs to be posted to the general SCOE website (NOT class related), please email the information to Bob via an IT Help Desk ticket email with specific details as to where the item should be posted, and what titling to use for the post.

Note: For both class postings and website postings, Bob will NOT be providing any proofing or editing of text. Please carefully proof/edit your text and consider having a colleague proof/edit your class language or web posting language prior to submitting it.
