ESS is happy to announce our new CTE Grant Director, Gina Dickson, who will be working with the six-county Northern California Career Pathways Alliance (NCCPA) to oversee the NCCPA grant. Gina will begin at SCOE on October 18th.

Gina has been working with the NCCPA as a Work-Based Learning Manager for Mendocino County since the start of the grant implementation and also has more than eight years of community leadership in appointed and elected positions, including as a Vice Mayor for the City of Clearlake. She has a broad range of experience across the North Bay region with career readiness in both the education system as well as industry. Gina will lead our regional collaborative efforts to align K12 career pathways with five Community Colleges as well as with industry partners at the Workforce Investment Boards in the North Bay.
