Holiday Season Schedules (Department Closure Dates)

The ESS department will be deemed "closed" during the following times during the holiday season:
Friday, December 23 - Friday, January 6 (returning to the office on Monday, January 9)
Some ESS staff may be in and out of the building during these times as these are not paid holiday days (except for actual building holidays of 12/23, 12/26, 12/30, and 1/2), however almost all essential staff are using non-work days, reduction days, or vacation days during these times. Therefore, the department will be "officially" deemed closed.
Please make sure to clearly mark your holiday out-of-office time on your Zimbra calendar and log absences into AESOP as required.
