La Ventana and Mariposa Conference Rooms Now on EMS

Effective today, our La Ventana and Mariposa conference rooms are now shown in EMS (ems.scoe.org) and are booked via EMS. The previous Google Calendars used to book and manage these two rooms have been archived.
Any SCOE employee with an EMS account can now book either room directly from their EMS account. Tara Beiden will still approve all booking requests.
