REMINDER: Booking Rooms in EMS System

As a reminder, as of November 2017 our La Ventana and Mariposa conference rooms are now shown in SCOE’s online room booking system EMS (ems.scoe.org) and are booked via EMS. The previous Google Calendars used to book and manage these two rooms have been archived.
All ESS/CCRS employees have EMS accounts and can now book either room (or any SCOE conference room) directly from their EMS account using the online site (ems.scoe.org). If you do not want your meeting/event publicly posted on the TV/iPad screens throughout the building, please mark it as “private” when booking.
Unfortunately, this site is only accessible when you are at SCOE on the SCOE network - you cannot access it remotely from home/offsite. If you are offsite and need to book a room, you can call or email the room contact.
If you have a specific question related to a room booking for La Ventana or Mariposa, Tara Beiden (Division Support Assistant for ESS) is the contact. If you have a specific question related to a room booking for a general SCOE conference room, Miwa Smith (SCOE Receptionist) is the contact.
