Update: Continuous Improvement Director Assignments

Hello,
To better align direct support with current work underway (CEL-Stuart Foundation Grant, MTSS grant/Cohort III) and to simplify internal communication and external coordination with districts, the following shifts have been made to the Continuous Improvement Director Assignments roster:
- Sebastopol has been shifted from Rachael to Sarah F
- Healdsburg has been shifted from Sarah F to Sarah L
These changes are reflected on the Continuous Improvement Director Assignments document, which can be found in the Org Charts & Big Picture Guiding Documents box on the left.
