Important Reminder re: Travel

If you travel to conferences/meetings with overnight stays, please be sure to get the hotel folio / receipt / invoice upon checkout (either a paper copy or emailed copy) and get those copies to Tara or Amanda, dependent on how your travel fees are reimbursed. It's important we have originals, and it can be time consuming to track down receipts from the hotels after the fact.
In addition, please be reminded that original, itemized receipts are needed for any type of reimbursement.
