Communications/Website Requests During Jamie's Leave

Please review the below directions on how to approach communications and website requests while Jamie Hansen is on maternity leave (anticipated dates are November 4 - February 3).  
 
General Communications RequestsRequests for support with communications, including press releases, creating publications, emails to school districts, etc. should be emailed to communications@scoe.org. This email will be checked by Kimberly Vallee, Vanessa Johns, and Communications Consultant Sheldon Reber, who is helping out with communications on a part-time basis while Jamie is away. The appropriate person will respond to your message as soon as possible.

 

SCOE Announcements: Information for SCOE Announcements should be sent to communications@scoe.org no later than the Friday at noon prior than the Monday you'd like to have it sent out. Sheldon will be sending SCOE Announcements. 

 

Website Requests: These should also be emailed to communications@scoe.orgSheldon will address these requests as time allows, or if he is not able to address them, they will be directed to Community Servers for additional assistance. Please be as specific as possible and provide the URL of the page you want to have edited. 

 

SCOE Registration Issues: All registration issues can be sent to Bob Herbstman in IT via the helpdesk, helpdesk@scoe.org

 

Canva/Design Issues: Email Vanessa Johns directly at vjohns@scoe.org.

 

For Any Other Issues: Reach out to Kim or Vanessa and they will troubleshoot/route your questions as needed.
