Scheduled Escape Maintenance, April 15th, 6am - 5pm

The Escape system will be down beginning at 6am on Sunday, April 15th; the following updates are being performed:
 
-- New SQL Server
-- Security updates
-- Escape update to version 18.1
 
Because of the complexity of updates, it it anticipated that Escape will be down all day and won't be available until after 5:00pm.
 
For details about the changes includes in version 18.1, please log on to the Training database and review the Release Notes.

This is a busy time of year and any downtime is difficult, however we chose Sunday to minimize the impact on you and your staff. Please make sure your staff is aware of the down time.
