If your school district would like to be part of the Co-op for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 for services to the Categorical Cooperative with the Sonoma County Office of Education, please sign and return the attached Co-op Agreement to Belinda Soto at bsoto@scoe.org, no later than Friday, August 21, 2015.
