Work on SCOE HVAC System Taking Place July 25-Sept. 2
07/23/2018 -
Work to replace SCOE's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit for better performance and efficiency will begin Wednesday, July 25.
Between July 25 and Aug. 12, work will be focused on the south half of the Skylane building (from the business offices to SELPA). Multiple interruptions will likely take place and some offices/cubicles may have to temporarily relocate. Offices will be notified at least a day in advance. On the weekend of Aug. 11-12, the large roof unit will be replaced. Nobody will be allowed in the building on Saturday, Aug. 11 and Sunday, Aug. 12.
Between Aug. 13 and Sept. 2, work will take place in the north end of the building (everything north of the business offices, including ESS and IT). Multiple interruptions will likely take place and some offices/cubicles may have to temporarily relocate. Offices will be notified at least a day in advance. On the weekend of Aug. 25-26, the large roof unit will be replaced. Nobody will be allowed in the building on Saturday, Aug. 25 and Sunday, Aug. 26.
This work may impact the ability to hold some pre-scheduled classes.
Thank you for your patience as we take this important step to make our heating, air, and ventilation system as efficient and effective as possible.
