Take the SCOE Employee Housing Survey

SCOE is seeking to help its employees who are renting their homes and looking for more affordable housing. We are requesting bids from a housing authority to build and provide 30-35 townhouses on vacant land owned by SCOE at below market rates. Employee renters could live in SCOE-owned townhouses for up to five years.
