Open Enrollment for the SISC/Navia Flex Plan begins Oct. 1

The SISC Flex Plan helps you save money on health and dependent care expenses and allows you to spend it on the things you care about. Through a payroll deduction, active employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Funds set aside in the Flexible Spending Accounts are not subject to federal, state or Social Security Taxes. Information will be emailed to you the first week of October. Navia Benefit Solutions will be emailing employees with online enrollment information, instructions and important links in October. The Flex Plan open enrollment period will end Nov. 30 with the requested changes going into effect in January, 2019.
