United Way Pledge Drive

On Thursday, Nov. 8, SCOE embarks on its United Way of the Wine Country (UWWC) Annual Campaign. UWWC has been and continues to play a key role in the recovery efforts of the survivors of last year's fires. Here at SCOE, our own families have benefited from the care and assistance that UWWC has provided. Through our annual campaign, you have the opportunity to support UWWC or any cause important to you.

Kickoff Event on Nov. 7

On Wednesday, Nov. 7, SCOE will hold a pizza lunch to kick off the fall 2018 United Way Campaign. The event will take place at noon in Redwood rooms A and B. To learn more and RSVP, click here.

Two Ways to Pledge

We’re using a new option to make your pledge online through UWWC’s secure ePledge site. Click here to access SCOE's ePledge page. You will set up your online account by following a few easy steps, and once you do, you’ll make your payroll, credit card, check, or cash pledge online. If you choose to donate via payroll deduction, your deductions will occur from January 2019 – December 2019.

If you would prefer to use the traditional pledge form, you are welcome to use the fillable PDF United Way Pledge Form. or print this pledge form to fill out by hand. You can also obtain a hard copy pledge form from Lynda Pinochi in Human Resource Services Department. Return completed pledge forms to Lynda Pinochi via email (lpinochi@scoe.org), fax to 524-2950, or inter-office mail.

Campaign Incentives

First-time donors are entered into a raffle for a $50.00 gift card. Prior year donors who increase their previous year’s gift will be entered into a raffle for a $50.00 gift card! Department with the highest percent of employees participating in the campaign will be treated to a breakfast of assorted pastries and coffee.
