Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE), Mark West School District, and RESIG are sponsoring a Health and Wellness Fair for all employees and their families on Wednesday, April 3.

A wide variety of vendors will be sharing their unique ideas and services that promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and safety, including:

  • Get to know your numbers: LDL, total cholesterol, heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Learn about different gym facilities and find a program that is right for you.
  • Meet a farmer and get a creamy farm to table treat.
  • Learn about how to get a detailed listing of your dental benefits or an estimate for an orthodontic procedure.
  • Find out if your Kaiser plan has a chiropractor or acupuncture benefit with a $10 copay.
  • Learn about the benefits of massage therapy.
