Educational Support Services

SCOE’s Educational Support Services Department oversees a wide range of programs and services that support teaching and learning in Sonoma County schools. The ESS department is staffed with experts who have learned the ropes in Sonoma County classrooms. Among the services they offer are: cutting-edge professional learning opportunities for teachers, English learner services, training for school administrators, school readiness, library, and instructional technology services. As well, the department oversees the review and evaluation of Sonoma County school district and charter school Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAPS)
