Dr. Herrington begins second term

01/02/2015 - Dr. Steven Herrington was sworn in for his second term in office at a short ceremony this morning presided over by Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Arthur A. Wick. Dr. Herrington has served at Sonoma County Superintendent of Schools since January 2011 and now begins his second four-year term. He plans to continue his efforts to make SCOE an unparalleled resource for the education community, promote partnerships that strengthen educational opportunities for all students, and support best practices for teaching in the 21st century.
