07/21/2015 - Walter A. Eagan, Ed.D., who served as Sonoma County Superintendent of Schools from 1968 to 1986, passed away on Monday, July 20. Dr. Eagan completed 40 dedicated and productive years of educational service to several generations of Sonoma County learners at the time of his retirement in 1986.
