School Records Request

To request copies of your Sonoma County Office of Education diploma or transcript please complete the Transcript and/or Diploma Request form and email your completed form along with a copy/photo of your ID to apokriots@scoe.org and jpetersen@scoe.org. We only have records for SCOE's Court and Community programs. If you attended a different school please request your records directly from them.
