Mental Health Workshops For Families
Families and caregivers can learn how to support youth mental health in a series of free, bilingual, virtual workshops hosted by the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) Behavioral Health and Well-Being department and community partners. This series will cover topics such as keeping students safe online, managing youth anxiety, and substance abuse.
Workshops are held on Thursdays, from 5-6 p.m., in both English and Spanish. Keep reading to find details about each session. To register, please complete the form below or call 707-522-3104. Registrants will receive a reminder email a few days before each workshop and can select which to attend based on interest.
