Internal Fiscal Services

Through its Internal Fiscal Services (IFS) team, SCOE’s Business Services department supports the overall financial operations of the organization and monitors, approves, and reports on organization, division, department, and grant budgets. Internal Fiscal Services staff provide the following services:

• Accounting
• Position Control
• Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Attendance Reporting
• Budget Development
• Year-End Close Management
• Certificated and Classified Payroll for SCOE
• Federal/State/Local Fiscal Reporting

 

Mendocino County Office of Education manages the Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) Program on behalf of 70 LEAs in five counties: Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, and Del Norte.
