Advancement will be granted by the County Board of Education once the County Supt has provided the Board with the required report under Policy 9500. After being accepted by the board, the County Board may choose to adjust the annual schedule by a Cost of Living Adjustment.

AVG DAYS PER YEAR = 225Annual car allowance is included in the base salary
$2,000 will be added for a Doctorate Degree ($2,000 + Annual/12 months)
