CALPADS

The California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) is the data system used to maintain individual-level data, including student demographics, course data, discipline, assessments, staff assignments, and other information for state and federal reporting.

The CALPADS system continues to add functionality as it moves toward becoming the main source of data for all state and federal reporting. In September 2018, CALPADS moved into the cloud, updated the user interface, and redesigned the security model in its work to transition the California Special Education Management Information System (CASEMIS) into CALPADS in the 2018-19 school year.

The Sonoma County Office of Education offers training and support to help districts and charter schools submit accurate and timely data to the CALPADS system. If you require assistance, contact Briana Domenichelli at (707) 524-2808 or helpdesk@scoe.org.
